One of the masters of the chillwave movement of summer 2010, Toro Y Moi will be in Istanbul for the first time on January 16th with contributions of Radyo Eksen.

Chaz Bundick (aka Toro Y Moi) jumped into the music scene with the well-known Columbia indie rock band The Heist and the Accomplice and he has been giving his music many forms since he began recording. Drawing from a wide range of influences like Animal Collective, Daft Punk and J Dilla, he released Causers of This on Carpark Records in 2010 and managed to create his own style with elements from pop, garage and electronic music. In his live performances he puts forward his creativety, energy and his experimental side and with his last album Underneath the Pine he got closer to dancefloors. He has been chosen by Caribou to perform at the ATP Nightmare Before Christmas festival and many more other festivals in Europe and America. Now he’s going to show his talent to us on the 16th of January at Babylon.
