Dutch electro-funk trio Kraak & Smaak will kick off Babylon’s season powered by Lenovo with the first performance on Friday night, 23 September at Babylon.
Kraak & Smaak, an extraordinary trio of the Dutch music scene, first drew people’s attention with their 2005 debut album “Boogie Angst”. Kraak & Smaak has a dynamic and entertaining style in their live performances and DJ sets, with a fusion of funk, disco and house genres. Making a name for themselves in no time, Kraak & Smaak were invited to renowned festivals like Sziget SXSW, Coachella, WMC and CMJ. Widely praised by the critics for their single “Squeeze Me” – a major hit on dance floors – the trio has recently released their fifth studio album “Juicy Fruit” in June this year.
