Welcoming the new year with a new song, Yedinci Ev at Babylon on April 4.

Founded in Istanbul in 2011 by Birkan Nasuhoğlu (vocals/electric guitar), Hazar Aşçı (bass guitar), and Turgay Gülaydın (drums), Yedinci Ev released their debut album Şimdi in 2013, adopting a style inspired by British rock music. Tracks such as “Anlat Ona” and “Sevsene Beni” from the album attracted great attention, while the single “Kalbim Seni Arıyor”, released two years later, expanded the band’s audience.

After the release of their second album, İçine Düştüm in 2017—which featured tracks like “Sarhoşum” and “Bir Kere Gelir”—Yedinci Ev decided to pause their musical journey. Although inactive, interest in their music continued to grow. As a result of the healing power of time and the persistence of their listeners, Yedinci Ev reunited in 2021. Since then, in addition to performing across different cities in Turkey, the band has continued to write and release new songs, kicking off 2025 with a fresh single titled “Uzansam Kucağına.” On April 4 at Babylon, we will hear both beloved tracks from their discography and their recent work.
