Indie pop band Seabear’s Sindri Már Sigfússon (Sin Fang) and Sóley Stefánsdóttir (Soley) will take stage with their solo projects on April 11th in Babylon for Garanti Caz Yeşili Nordik Music Festival. ***Soley concert is a “Silent Concert”. Thanks in advance for your co-operation.

Sin Fang

The solo project of Seabear founder and singer/songwriter Sindri Már Sigfússon began as Sin Fang Bous. By carrying the soundscapes out of his basement, he released his first EP Clangour through Morr Music label in 2009 and became a part of new wave of the alternative pop. Last year Sin Fang got together with Mum, Amiina and other Seabear members for a sophomore album called Summer Echoes. Enriching the elements of Icelandic folk culture with his piano, and creating warm and fuzzy pop melodies, Sin Fang will be doing the perfect soundtrack for a fine spring evening at Babylon.

Soley

Sóley Stefánsdóttir a.k.a. Soley began making music compositions her piano. Member of the Icelandic indie acts Seabear and Sin Fang, Sindri Sigfússon first discovered Soley’s beautiful vocal skills and encouraged her to sing. Subsequently, she released Theater Island EP through Morr Music label. With experience and hard work she took a big step after her LP We Sink and became an interesting voice in Scandinavian indie and dream pop scene.
