New Cool Collective, for the Dutch Delight events will be at Babylon Istanbul on December 21.

In  1993 saxophonist Benjamin Herman began experimenting with DJ Graham B at nightclub Soul Kitchen in Amsterdam. The combination of playing live to spinning records was still unusual then. But the results worked and ended up evolving into the eight-piece New Cool Collective. The band is now impossible to think away from the nightclubs and festivals of the Netherlands and beyond.

New Cool Collective is made up of saxophonist Benjamin Herman, guitarist Anton Goudsmit, drummer Joost Kroon, percussionists Frank van Dok and Jos de Haas, pianist Willem Friede, bassist Leslie Lopez and trumpet-player David Rockefeller.

DJ Manga’s love for music started at a young age. While listening to Soul, Disco, Pop en Rock Manga found his passion. He developed a good taste for music which lead to the beginning of his music carreer fairly quick. Coming from a Hip Hop background, Manga started to actively get involved with music in the 70’s and 80’s.

Rob Manga performed at Babylon Lounge with unforgettable set before .  On December 21, Babylon Lounge music lovers will come together with his music again.
