The famous Dutch composer and pianist Michiel Borstlap is having another visit to Babylon.
Graduated from Hilversum conservatoire in 1992, shown as one of the Europe’s best soloists Borstlap won the most prestigious jazz award ‘Thelonious Monk’ in 1996. Other than his own compositions, Michiel Borstlap took part in innumarable compositions varied from classical to jazz music. Borstlap, is also known as the composer of the first arabic opera called “Ibn Sina”.
