David Brown-led Brazzaville will be on Babylon two nights in a row!
Brazzaville is a unique band with their performances in İstanbul, also with their Doublemoon labeled album “Brazzaville in İstanbul”. David Brown established the band after his switch to acoustic guitar from saxophone and working with Beck and Siouxsie Sioux. David Brown and his team combines alternative rock and ethnic jazz, you can hear some Tom Waits and Morphine with bossa nova, jazz and dub sounds in his music. Brazzaville will perform many songs from their upcoming thematic album Morro Bay, and also songs like Hotel Devman, Hills of Anatolia, Bosphorus and Taksim which are written with the inspiration of Turkey and İstanbul.
