Percussion master Hamdi Akatay, who has been sharing the stage with leading musicians from across Turkey and around the world for over 30 years, brought his "İlle de Mozart olsun" project – a fusion of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart symphonies with Turkish music and Romani melodies – to life with the help of young musicians.
The Tepecik Philharmonic Orchestra, in which Hamdi Akatay combines his musical experience with the dynamics and enthusiasm of young musicians, conducts its music with the underlying idea "We can play Mozart while at the same time playing Haydar Tatlıday".
