The famous German producer Ellen Allien, founder of the BPitch Control who released five solo albums, also known for her extraordinary vocals. Inspired by the dark atmosphere of re-united Berlin after the fall of the wall, Ellen Allien is accepted as a pioneer produces of electronic music scene especially when it comes to the transition between IDM and electro. Allien started Djing in her 20s at major clubs such as Tresor and Bunker, first began to organize “ BPitch Control” nights in 1997. 2 years after that, she founded BPitch Control label company and later Sascha Funke and Tok Tok joined the company. Ellen Allien released her debut album Stadtkind and later Thrills and Berlinette from her own company which were huge successes. Miss Berlin, Ellen Allien had collaborated with Apparat in ‘’Orchestra of Bubbles’’ which was a major sucess. Her latest album Dust was released in 2010. Before Ellen Aillen’s inimitable berliner sound set, a fresh duo from her company ‘’We Love’’ will be at Babylon. ‘’We Love’’ will perform at the axis of the experimental electronic music.
