Yuna began her music career under the influence of names such as Aaliyah, Lauryn Hill, and Feist and gathered attention with her “Live Your Life” song, produced by Pharrell Williams. The Malaysian singer-songwriter worked with names including Usher and DJ Premier and has eight albums that were released in Malaysian and in English. Recently, Yuna made a major impression with her album Chapters, which was ranked as the best R&B Album of 2016 by Rolling Stones, taking its place among Yuna’s many other prestigious music awards. Sharing the stage with Machine, Jack White, and Childish Gambino, Yuna will be presenting a retro-futuristic inspired performance on the Babylon stage on May 13.
