For its 3rd year in Istanbul, Babylon Soungarden offered more than a simple music festival with its all-day alternative content.

At the festival, which took place at Parkorman, the attendees rang in summer with performances by local and international bands on 3 different stages. While hosting musicians and bands such as Pet Shop Boys, Sky Ferreira, Seun Kuti & Egypt ’80, FM Belfast, John Talabot, Mount Kimbie, Joystick Jay, Kabus Kerim, Dalt Wisney and Ali Gultekin, Babylon Soundgarden supported recycling and eco-friendly content for the first time in the festival area with its "Babylon Go Green" initiative. The revenue from the sale of festival tickets was donated to the families and relatives of workers who had lost their lives in the Soma mine disaster.
