The late shining star of Warp Records and dubstep music, Scottish Russell Whyte –known as Rustie, is at Babylon on the 4th of May, for the first time in İstanbul.

After the Jazz the Smack EP released with the Suff Records label on 2007, he released another EP from the same record company, named Cafe de Phresh. After remixing tracks of BPitch Control’s Modeselektor (Happy Birthday!), Warp Records’s Pivot (In The Blood) ve Hyperdub’s Zomby (Spliff Dub) and showing his producing talents off, he got himself a place in the Warp Records 2010 compilation album.  His debut album in which he combined dubstep with electronica and garage elements in a perfect way, Glass Swords, was pointed out as one of the top 10 albums of 2011 by The Guardian. Rustie sends out a distinctive energy to the dance floor with his unique style, combining dubstep and nostalgic rave resonances with melodic synths.
