Post-punk stage representor Montreal-based Ought will be at Babylon November 8th as a part of the Garanti Jazz Green concerts!

The group released their EP “New Calm” in 2012, followed by their album “More Than Any Other Day” in 2014. Their success continued with the release of their second album “Sun Coming Down” in 2015. Their last album of 2018 was published under Merge Records with Nicolas Verhnes, who has worked with Animal Collective, Deerhunter and Dirty Projectors in the past, taking the role of producer. For their latest album “Room Inside The World”, Ought closely examines themes such as, “how to survive in a world filled with identities, connections and uncertainties”. Successfully expanding their powerful post-punk sound with the vibraphone, their unique guitar tunes, drum machines and 70-person chorus, Ought will be at Babylon on November 8th as a part of their world tour!
