Belgian DJ and producer Poldoore, who mostly uses hip hop and soul trip-hop at slow tempo, is described as “modest and honest”. Taking clues from the past’s countless examples of electronic music, he produces different melodies and sounds with a light texture, and makes substantial use of jazz. Poldoore, who has produced successful works and released many albums, does not hesitate to use acoustic instruments such as guitar and trumpet in the smooth musical ambience that he has created.
