A unique Turkish modern music band, BaBa ZuLa, will be taking the stage at Babylon on Friday night, 20 October.

Before becoming known in Turkey, BaBa ZuLa made a major impression with their album ‘34 OTO SANAYİ,’ released in Japan in 2014. Their album ‘XX,’ which tells the story of the band’s 20-year journey in music, was released simultaneously throughout the world last month. The album was praised in many prestigious publications like The Guardian and the Record Collector. ‘XX,’ which also ascended to the top of the ‘World Music Charts Europe’ in February, contains a dub arrangement featuring names like Mad Professor, Dr. Das, Sly & Robie, and Dirtmusic. BaBa ZuLa will be taking the Babylon stage with their dance-heavy performance on Friday night, 12 May.
