Successfully bringing Spanish, Arabic, and Mediterranean music together, Salento based Almoraima will be at Babylon Bomonti on Sunday, October 4, for the first time in Turkey, on their tour to introduce their new album "Cafè Cantante".
Delicately blending flamenco and Latin American melodies with acoustic instruments, this multicultural band made its first contribution to music with "Amor Gitano". Collaborating with well-respected musicians of southern Italy, Maria Mazzotta, Bruna Bernes, Redy Hasa, Rocco Nigro, Virginia Nicoli and Mika Fernandez, Almoraima kept combining gypsy music with Mediterranean touches at Banjara and Flamenca Fusion albums, respectively. Pushing the boundaries of flamenco with "Cafè Cantante", the quartet is now getting ready to introduce their passionate songs to music lovers in Istanbul.
"This event is free of charge. Capacity is limited."
